WEEE Regulations
Atwell International is now a Member of B2B compliance, fulfilling its obligations under WEEE regulations.
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive seeks to address the environmental impacts of electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) when it reaches the end of its life.
The main aims of the Directive are:
1. Primarily the prevention of WEEE, and in addition, to promote the reuse, recycling and recovery, so as to reduce disposal;
2. To improve the environmental performance of all operators involved in the life cycle of EEE.
