It's all happening!
We've had some high profile orders for VG products come through over the last few months, culminating in VG rope brakes being installed at Buckingham Palace!
"It's quite a feather in our caps to get a job like this, with one of the lifts being for Her Majesty's own personal use" said Atwell International MD, Russell Walker.

The royal household work is the latest in a series of contracts which has seen Atwell International provide VG safety products to a variety of top-name clients, including Universal Studios, Disney, the Eiffel Tower and the Ministry of Defence.
Our safety systems can be found in commercial and cargo lifts from Tower Bridge, London to the worlds major cruise ships, from Alpine ski lifts to funicular railways, and from the James Bond film set to Harrods department store in Kensington.
"The diversity of our products, design expertise and ingenuity have led to us supplying a unique set of safety systems for the worlds first Transformers roller-coaster ride in Singapore, and for Universals flagship attraction site in Hollywood, California."
These high profile installations help to establish the range of VG safety products as the ultimate in lift safety equipment!

We've been listening...

Atwell International are striving to improve the way we work, and we have been taking your comments on board.
One issue that has been mentioned in the past is the split deliveries of orders for VG safety gears and other equipment.
To combat this, we plan to stock VG safety gears at our office in Worcester. We will then despatch them along with the remainder of your order, in one delivery. This change will commence in the next few weeks.
We have also had a custom database designed to improve our stock system. Hopefully this will improve our ability to track stock, and to ensure that we have our most popular products on the shelf for quick deliveries.
Finally, a number of our staff are receiving training to enhance our customer service skills, which we are already very proud of.
We aim to be the number one provider of lift safety equipment in the UK, and believe that these changes will get us there!
If you have any suggestions for ways we can further improve upon our service, please email us at info@atwellinternational.com.

100 VG overspeed governors
The VG overspeed governor has really taken off, and we passed our first milestone in January with the sale of our 100th governor!
The VG overspeed governor is the perfect companion to both VG safety gears and VG rope brakes, and is central to our range of A3 solutions.
Confidence is growing in the product, and we are now well on the way to number 200!
See how you can use VG safety products to increase the safety of your lifts by visiting www.vgsafetyproducts.com.

Lift accident in New York
A woman was killed in a lift accident in New York on 14th December 2011.

Suzanne Hart was stepping in to the lift when the car moved away from the landing, trapping her in the lift shaft. She was crushed to death.
Investigators have blamed maintenance work, with a report claiming that a vital safety mechanism was turned off just before the malfunction.
Our thoughts go out to all affected by this accident.
